The Honolulu Advertiser is reporting over 300,000 cruise passengers have sailed in Hawaii. It is also estimated that over 500,000 cruise passengers are expected to go on a cruise in Hawaii. Hawaii’s cruise industry is booming and becoming a bigger part of Hawaii’s economy. The island of Maui is experiencing this boom as it’s economy continues to be robust due to the strong tourism industry in the past years.
