Our cruise date was 12-17-07 thru 12-24-07. We had several other passengers who felt the same. I complained to our travel agent and I am writting a letter to NCL. Lot of good now - after the money is spent. The excursions were great and the excursion staff were wonderful (they are employed by NCL but they were the only ones that were professional). Freestyle dining was a joke. Understaffed and lacking in service. Try getting into the restaruants, it was almost impossible and when you try to talk to someone for help they acted like they could care less that you couldn't get into the restaurants. Everyone that we talked to on the ship was unhappy. I would never recommend this particular cruise to anyonone.
