My wife an I took a cruise on the Pride Of Hawaii. It was the first time on a free Style cruise. It was different! Service left a lot to be desired as compared to our 4 other cruises on different lines. Ports of call were great. Renting a car is better that the cost of their excursions.
Our big problem was with the "fly off" program that takes your lugage to the airport. The airlines scans three bags from the ship but the fourth was unaccounted for. We did not know we were missing a bag until we arrive home 14 hours latter. . The cruise line said they did have it and the airline said they didn't have it. The ship's lost and found was little help. After 10 days they said it was lost. We might give you a $100 if you can prove we lost it. The empty bag was worth more that $100. I had over $900 worth of clothing and gifts in the bag. Always keep your bags with you. Make sure you take them to the airport yourself. Do not use the ships' special program, which you pay extra for, to do the check in and lugage check in and delivery. NO MORE NCL CRUISES.
Stay with the more dependable ships.
